Travel Care Holiday – Visa Assistance Services (“we”, “our”, or “us”) strives to provide professional and transparent visa assistance for tourist, business, study, and work visas. Please read our refund policy carefully before availing our services.

1. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

Please note that Travel Care Holiday does not guarantee visa approvals. All visa decisions are made solely by the respective embassy or consulate. Our role is to provide guidance, documentation support, and appointment assistance.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If the service paid for was not delivered by Travel Care Holiday.
  • If there was an administrative error on our part that prevented service completion.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Visa application rejections or denials by the embassy or consulate.
  • Delays or changes in visa processing times by authorities.
  • Partial completion of services where the client has already received some assistance.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or our contact form within 7 days of service payment.
  • Each request will be reviewed individually, and approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
